Jay was very intuitive to what we were looking for. Right out of the gate he was a sound listener and never strayed from what our preferences or likes were. Likewise he was very diligent and knowledgeable about the properties we were interested in. Jay was very prepared and had a plan when we arrived to look at homes. He was very cognizant of our time restraints and wasted very little time. Jay has the wherewithal and understanding of how the market works and when or when not to use leverage. Jay‘s team was very instrumental and communicative when it came to resources and closing assistance. Radha Herring at Watermark Realty helped me and my husband sell our townhome in Market Common. We had the property listed with another experienced agent for 6 months, but no offers were made. Radha expertly navigated us through the listing process by evaluating issues, suggesting nominal, effective repairs, and marketing the property with staging software, which significantly increased showings. We received an offer within a month, which was below asking price. Radha steadfastly negotiated, knowing that we had the property listed well, and we received very close to our asking price. As an attorney that regularly negotiates deals, I was impressed with her skills. Radha also strategically walked us through the inspection process, knowing our rights under the contract and requirements to repair under SC law, which limited the costs of repair and ensured that the buyer closed. The team at Watermark will be my go to realty company in the future. The service was top notch.
